OCAT specializes in abstracting, title reports, title insurance and closings. OCAT was started in 1980 by James O. Graham and is now owned by Beverly Jones and Laura Dishman. Beverly and Laura purchased OCAT from Jim and Sharon Graham in October, 2019.

An abstract of title is a written history of all the recorded documents and proceedings related to a specific piece of property. All documents recorded in the County Clerk's and Court Clerk's offices affecting a specific piece of property are arranged in chronological order beginning with the original allotment deed and showing all documents of record, including, but not limited to deeds, mortgages, judgments, bankruptcies, divorces and unpaid taxes. When complete, an abstract provides evidence of a clear title to the property.

OCAT is a licensed and bonded abstractor in Ottowa County and has a highly trained staff which can provide abstracting, title insurance and closing services.

OCAT is an agent for some of the largest title insurance underwriters in the United States, including First American Title Company, Stewart Title Guaranty Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.

OCAT is a proud member of the American Land Title Association and the Oklahoma Land Title Association.
